Sierra Leone – West Africa. For the Fundación Rosario Gatón, social work is not only an institutional mission, but a vocation of life. On this occasion, Ambassador Florentino Rodríguez, together with his work team, carried out significant humanitarian work in Sierra Leone, reaffirming the foundation’s commitment to the most vulnerable internationally. During this solidarity outreach, essential food and clothing were distributed to communities living in extreme poverty, many of which face daily challenges such as hunger, unemployment, and a lack of access to basic services. This action is part of the ongoing work that the Fundación Rosario Gatón carries out in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically Goal 1: No Poverty and Goal 2: Zero Hunger, bringing hope where it is needed most. Ambassador Rodríguez expressed that “work is our life, and serving those in need is our purpose”, highlighting that this is only one of many interventions scheduled in various regions around the world. From FRG, we celebrate every action that strengthens solidarity and reaffirm that, with every gesture of support, we transform realities.
