Ethics and Safety Policy

Our commitment to ethics, transparency, and the safety of the people we serve.

At the Fundación Rosario Gatón (FRG), we are governed by ethical and legal principles that guarantee transparency, integrity, and safety in every action we take. This policy sets out the guidelines that govern the conduct of our members, collaborators, partners, and beneficiaries.

Commitment to legality

The foundation neither finances nor accepts any support, donation, or collaboration that is directly or indirectly linked to unlawful activities, such as:

  • Money laundering
  • Terrorism financing
  • Drug trafficking
  • Human trafficking
  • Corruption and other criminal offenses

Any institutional or individual relationship that violates these provisions will be suspended immediately.

Ethical and responsible conduct

All members, employees, volunteers, and representatives of FRG must act with honesty, respect, professionalism, and responsibility in carrying out their duties.

We are committed to:

  • Fostering a safe, inclusive, and discrimination-free environment.
  • Ensuring the proper and transparent use of resources.
  • Respecting human rights as well as national and international legal frameworks.
  • Reporting any conduct or practice that violates this policy.

Protection of the people we serve

We safeguard the physical, emotional, and moral integrity of everyone who takes part in our activities. We reject all forms of violence, abuse, harassment, or exploitation, particularly against people in situations of vulnerability.

Compliance and review

This policy is mandatory. It is reviewed periodically to keep pace with new regulations, best practices, and institutional contexts.

At the Fundación Rosario Gatón, ethics and safety are not just principles: they are core commitments that govern every step we take in service of society.
